Spreading Local Awareness: Increasing visibility and foot traffic at their new location.
Consistent & Aesthetic Social Media Presence: Establishing a visually cohesive and engaging feed that reflects the brand's identity.
Educating on Food Quality: Highlighting the freshness, craftsmanship, and authenticity behind their menu items.
-
To address SushiBruce Ya’s challenges and support their Fells Point launch, we implemented a social-first strategy rooted in consistency, aesthetic cohesion, and community connection. Our approach included:
Visual Branding & Feed Planning: Developed a content aesthetic that balanced high-quality food photography with educational reels to maintain a consistent and recognizable look.
Educational Content Series: Created reels that highlighted ingredient quality, behind-the-scenes sushi prep, and chef features—positioning SushiBruce Ya as both premium and approachable.
Content Calendar & Consistency: Built and maintained a weekly posting schedule tailored to peak engagement times, ensuring SushiBruce Ya stayed top of mind in a competitive food scene.
-
In just two months of implementing our strategic content approach, SushiBruce Ya experienced significant growth in both reach and engagement:
Total Views jumped from an average of 400–600 per post to 48,560 views, representing a growth of over 9,612%.
Accounts Reached grew from 1,267 to 16,500, a 1,202% increase in reach.

Audience Expansion: Prior to our work, only 10% of their audience were non-followers. After two months, that number grew to 40%, indicating stronger discoverability and content that resonates beyond their existing following.
This growth not only reflected improved content performance but also positioned SushiBruce Ya as a fresh and recognizable name in the Fells Point food scene.

Broadway Hotpot had just opened as the first hotpot restaurant in the Baltimore area, offering not only authentic hotpot dining but also their cocktails and private karaoke rooms—an experience unique to the local market. Their primary challenge was introducing this new concept to the community and building brand awareness. With a mission to not only attract customers but also become a staple in the Baltimore food and entertainment scene, Broadway Hotpot needed a strategy that would highlight their one-of-a-kind offerings, generate buzz, and establish genuine connections within the local community.
-
To launch Broadway Hotpot into the Baltimore spotlight, our team at Brand Capture focused on a bold, community-driven strategy that showcased the restaurant’s unique blend of authentic hotpot dining, private karaoke rooms, and fun drink specials.
Developed a visually compelling social media presence that educated and excited the local audience about the hotpot experience.
Included behind-the-scenes footage, giving followers a look into the overall Broadway experience. This helped humanize the brand and build genuine curiosity.
